Thinking about becoming a member of NARCH?

Have you read our aims? Then you will appreciate that NARCH is all about making sure Canine Hydrotherapists operate to rules and guidelines which ensure the highest standards of professionalism and animal care.

NARCH is a not for profit organisation run by the members for the members. Membership fees are used to fund administration, our website and advertising. Remaining funds provide training seminars and discounted CPD for RCHs.

NARCH is committed to efficient, reliable and friendly service to all members. After all, we have been established to support professionals and the public so why would we be anything other than this? We are committed to looking after RCHs and members of the public in a timely manner.

So what are the benefits of joining NARCH?

  • Inclusion on the List of Registered Canine Hydrotherapists, enabling you to demonstrate to both the public and veterinary professionals your commitment to the highest standards of ethics and best practice in hydrotherapy.
  • Provision of support by NARCH in fulfilling your commitment to operating under the "Guide to Professional Conduct for Registered Canine Hydrotherapists". (The public also have access to the "Guide" and will know that you have to abide by the guidelines and rules contained within it.)
  • Entitlement to use the post-nominal letters RCH in recognition of your professional status.
  • NARCH will use press articles, lectures and education to disseminate understanding of the importance of choosing a Registered Canine Hydrotherapist.
  • Access to researched advice and guidance on all aspects of canine hydrotherapy.
  • NARCH will work on your behalf toward recognition of NARCH and Registered Canine Hydrotherapists by all Pet Insurance providers who cover canine hydrotherapy.
  • NARCH will liaise with Pet Insurance providers to develop awareness and understanding of our profession.
  • Access to high quality subsidised CPD training and lectures at the NARCH Annual Conference.
  • Discounts from suppliers and training providers.

The terms of our membership are simple:

Our fees

  • Initial Registration Fee - £150.00 (includes Membership of NARCH and inclusion on the NARCH List for 12 months, Registration Certificate and Membership Pack).
  • Renewal Fee £115.00 (includes Membership of NARCH and inclusion on the NARCH List for 12 months).

Commencement of Membership

Membership will start from the day at which your initial membership fee has been paid. It is the individuals' responsibility to ensure that they complete the registration process correctly, to enable processing and membership activation by NARCH as soon as possible. If you have any queries during the process please do not hesitate to contact us.

Privacy Policy and access to your data.

Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we will store the information you provide to us. You can access and change your personal details at anytime by logging on to your NARCH account (which is created when you register).

Shipping policy

Registration Certificates and Membership packs will be shipped within 14 days of payment of Initial Registration fee and completion of Registration.

Cancellation policy

Your membership will run for 12 months from the point of joining or renewal. Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellation of membership within the initial 12 month period of Registration and inclusion on the NARCH List. Also please note that no refund will be made if a member is removed from the List by NARCH as a result of a disciplinary matter.
